This practice works collaboratively with physicians, dentists, orthodontists and other licensed therapists. New patients begin care through a referral from their healthcare provider. This referral-based model allows for coordinated, airway-focused care.
How to Get Started
This practice accepts new patients by provider referral only.
Step1: Talk with your physician, dentist, orthodontist or therapist about your concerns.
Step 2: Ask them to provide you with a referral or initiate a referral on your behalf
Step 3: Once the referral is received, scheduling instructions will be provided
